3D Renderings
See what your remodel will look like before you solidify any decisions.
Whether you are building a new home or remodeling, feel confident in the decisions you've made before anything is set in stone. Using pictures you provide and through a short consultation, I will create a 3D model in SketchUp that will allow you to envision the new build and help you fall in love. Depending on the size of the project, you can typically expect your rendering in 2-5 business days. First consultation is free.
Custom Floor Plans
Custom floor plans for home remodels or new builds.
Bring your dream home to fruition. Whether it is from the floor plans of your existing home or a general idea of your must-haves, I will create a floor plan that is ideal for you. A 3D rendering alongside your custom floor plan can allow you to better envision the space.
Spatial Planning
Know how to cohesively fill a space or position furniture in your home.
If you are struggling to create a harmonious flow for your home or you feel that something is not quite right, I may be able to help. During a consultation, I will be able to instruct you on furniture placement for items you already own, have your eye on, or that I believe would add to your space. I can also create a 3D rendering of the space or a rough sketch to show the positioning of furniture.
Color Schemes
Create your unique vibe with the color palette.
Having a cohesive color scheme from the very beginning can provide continuity throughout the design. After discussing your style and the mood you want to portray in your home, I will come up with a variety of color schemes for you to choose from. Having this at the beginning of any project can ensure you love the finished product.
Mood Boards
Create the style that best fits you.
Mood boards are used to create a preliminary idea in the clients mind of how the finished product will look. We will discuss your design style or elements you want to include during a consultation. Once the color scheme has been decided, I will create a mood board for you to ensure that you will be able to choose items that will communicate the mood you are trying to convey.
